Key Responsibilities:
- Lead field operations for SOE systems, including secant piles, caissons, and bracing systems.
- Oversee execution of $100M+ heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams for seamless delivery.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Interpret construction drawings, geotechnical reports, and specifications.
- Manage schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Resolve on-site challenges with proactive problem-solving and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in SOE (Support of Excavation) and deep foundation systems.
- Experience managing projects valued at $100M+.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, or EIT.
- Experience with urban infrastructure projects (tunnels, transit systems, bridges).
- Familiarity with AI-driven construction tools or digital project workflows.
- Deep Foundation Institute (DFI) training.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $170,000 – $240,000 base salary (based on experience).
