Requirements and responsibilities


Role Summary: The Outbound Sales Associate (English & Spanish-Speaking) is responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Fluency in Spanish is required to engage effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and communities. This role requires a highly motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills. Experience in healthcare sales or working with healthcare clients is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Sales Outreach: * Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients, targeting English and Spanish-speaking markets. * Identify and qualify potential leads through research and engagement. * Present company services in a professional, persuasive manner to prospective clients. * Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM. * Follow up with leads and clients to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide information on products/services. * Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaboration & Reporting: * Work closely with sales management to meet and exceed sales targets. * Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity. Healthcare Industry Support (Preferred): * Familiarity with healthcare regulations, services, or client needs is advantageous. * Assist in targeting healthcare-related clients, such as clinics, homecare agencies, or medical service providers. * Generate regular reports on call activity, pipeline progress, and conversion rates. * Maintain professionalism and uphold company brand standards in all communications. * Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and performance. Skills & Qualifications: * Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written). * Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus. * Goal-oriented, motivated, and resilient in achieving sales targets. This position includes commission in addition to the base pay.
