Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible for assisting in all aspects of attraction and recruitment for Ethos. The TA Partner will build a staffing strategy, source, recruit, screen, interview, and provide a world-class candidate experience while working with management teams to ensure smooth and timely operation of the interview, selection and hiring process.ResponsibilitiesConfers with hospital and operations leaders to identify hiring needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills for all non-exempt positions.Provides consistent and meaningful updates to all hospital and operations leaders on the recruiting efforts to support their departments, including regular staffing strategy meetings.Manages internal and external advertising and postings for open positions and maintains all job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Reviews applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.Initiates contact and conducts phone screenings with qualified candidates and provides information about the organization and position.Facilitates in-person interviews and tracks candidates’ progress throughout the interview process.Arranges travel, lodging and ground transportation for applicants as required.Coordinates and completes offer letters and conducts reference and background checks.Assists in outreach to schools, alumni groups, and other organizations to create a pipeline of applicants.Utilizes a variety of job boards and resume databases to develop a pro-active pipeline of passive applicants.Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates as needed.Assists with the coordination of and attends job fairs and industry conferences.Partners with marketing in the development of recruitment efforts such as brochures, videos and social media posts about the organization and employment opportunities.Use creativity, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to solve a range of organizational challenges related to TA goals that lead to developing and implementing new approaches and methods at every opportunity.Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments with minimal supervision.Supports change management, process improvement, and organizational development needs on a variety of projects.Measures and reports on the impact of programs, including summarizing outcomes and analyzing feedback to adjust for future programs.Education, License and Job Requirements:3+ years’ experience successful interviewing and hiring nationally in a multi-location, high volume, environment.Ideal Candidates will have Veterinary Medicine and Recruiting experienceIdeal Candidates will reside in MST or CSTBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience requiredLocal and national travel 25% of the time (hospitals, the home office and job fairs) requiredSkills and Experience:Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.Must be comfortable speaking to groupsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentGood judgment and ability to gather information and make decisions based on that informationAdaptableDemonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsAbility to lead initiatives, and partner cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholdersEthos Veterinary Health - About UsEthos Veterinary Health is at the forefront of innovation and world-class medicine.
