ABOUT HELLOLESSON HelloLesson is a fast-growing national platform that connects students with instructors in sports and skill-based lessons such as skateboarding, swimming, tennis, and more. We are building the leading lesson marketplace in North America. ROLE OVERVIEW - We are hiring a high-performance Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our instructor network. Your job is to find qualified instructors who want to earn money teaching lessons, not people looking to pay for certifications or training. - This is a revenue-producing role. We are looking for someone who understands outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and prospect qualified instructors through cold email, cold calling, social media outreach, and other channels. - Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline. - Qualify instructors based on experience, availability, and professionalism. - Book onboarding calls or close instructors directly into the platform. - Track all outreach activity and results inside CRM. - Hit weekly and monthly instructor acquisition targets. - Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Proven BDR or outbound sales experience 3+ years.
