Requirements and responsibilities


12-month production support engagement for an enterprise Siebel CRM environment integrated with Oracle CCB and web platforms via SOA-based web services (including Drupal). Responsibilities include L2/L3 production support, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, release support, post-deployment validation, runbook maintenance, and techno-functional tasks across Siebel modules (Accounts, Payments, Activities, Assets, Contacts, Entitlements, Opportunities, Quotes, Sales Orders, Service Requests, Usage, Audit Trail). Also provide Siebel integration support with Oracle CCB and web platforms using SOA/web services, coordinate with middleware and offshore teams, and assist with development/configuration work when production demand is lower. Must work Pacific Time Zone business hours.
