If you have experience structuring educational programs and are familiar with both classroom-style and web-based courses, we’d like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesReview all existing client content and develop strategy for course developmentEstablish learning objectivesCreate engaging training course content (syllabi, handouts, worksheets, video descriptions, quizzes and final exam)Set and write out learning objectives for each courseCraft lesson and video descriptionsInterview Subject Matter Expert to flesh out content, when necessaryDetermine evaluation criteriaOrganize physical and digital resources for instructors and traineesProvide weekly updates to supervisorsConduct independent research, if necessaryAttend video conference calls with clients and colleagues, when appropriateDraft InfusionSoft emails from template providedQualificationsWork experience as a Curriculum Designer, Instructional Designer or similar roleAbility to make recommendations and guide client for optimum learning experienceCapable of writing in a colloquial/conversational languageProficient in Google Drives/Docs, MS Word, PowerPointExperience with project management platforms (Teamwork, Monday.com, or similar programs)Ability to take large amounts of content and organize, prioritize and formulate a plan to optimize it for effective courseworkKnowledge of Adobe AcrobatAbility to write clear instructional copyStrong grammar skillsGood skills as self-directed contractorSolid time management skills - must meet benchmarksExcellent at managing client expectations and keeping client updated on progressHave experience with membership and online learningGeneral knowledge of InfusionSoft email structureMust have own computer, Internet accessBachelor (Masters preferred) degree in Instructional design, Educational Technology or relevant fieldStrong writing and grammar skillsExcellent at managing client expectations and keeping client updated on processesProvide weekly updates to supervisorsAdditional InformationWe know applying for and taking on a new job at any company requires a leap of faith.
