This consultant is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP PP and WM systems for clients.
🟢 Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth integration of software solutions and provide end-user support as needed.
• Configure software applications and support integrations across systems to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any issues related to application functionality or integration.
• Provide end-user support and training on software applications.
• Manage the creation and integration of data sets across various platforms and systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation to ensure successful implementation and integration of software applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance of software applications.
