Expedient is seeking an Area Vice President (AVP) of Sales to lead the sales team in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin market. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid sales and sales leadership experience in a related IT services, cloud and/or infrastructure-as-a-service business. The AVP focuses primarily on and executes against the region's revenue objectives and will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy and the continued success of the company. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, with a starting base salary of approximately $120-$135K and a variable, uncapped commission plan. OTE at plan is approximately $275k to $325k annually. Responsibilities: - Attract, hire, educate, coach and retain a consistently high-performing sales team, which includes New Business Account Executives and Existing Client Advisors - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates - Develop strategic performance plans for each team member and provide ongoing support to assist them in achieving their respective targets - Collaborate with marketing and other functional teams in the planning and execution of account development strategies to increase sales and profitability - Provide accurate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
