The Assistant Site Manager role at Deliveroo is an exciting opportunity to be part of a technology-driven company that is transforming the way the world eats and shops. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the site in the absence of the site manager, ensuring a smooth running of the shift, and working with the warehouse manager to maintain high standards. This role also involves managing a team, conducting audits, and dealing with customer queries. If you have a hospitality background with management experience, great knowledge of food safety and health compliance, and the ability to work flexible hours, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Drive Indicators and profitability. - Conduct weekly warehouse audits to ensure safe trading. - Conduct monthly Health and Safety audit for the site. - Ensure the site standards are followed daily. - Work with the Warehouse Manager to maintain and deliver high standards. - Manage a team of 4 or more. - Opening and closing responsibilities. - Log maintenance calls and communicate with contractors. - Manage ancillary stock and orders. - Deal with customer queries, - Resolve live issues.
