Assistant Property Manager (Remote Role) at Allview Real Estate

Responsibilities: • Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner. • Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records remain current. • Assist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met. • Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants. • Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness. • Conduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis to support the leasing strategy. • Maintain and update tenant and property records in platforms such as AppFolio and Google Sheets. • Generate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction. • Stay aligned with company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
