We are seeking a senior Market Analyst to support us as we build this new function to enable a more scientific approach to strategy development and functional planning. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in market analysis and is likely to come from a strategy background. Ideally you will have experience in technology and working with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing a clear understanding of all markets for current and prospective Employment Hero products. This will include TAM / SAM analysis, market attractiveness analysis, customer segmentation & value driver analysis, product market fit comparisons & strategy support
- Establish and maintain clear competitor analysis by market and product
- Work across key teams (Product, Finance, etc) to establish clear and actionable insights that drive strategy
- Collaborate and support at every level of the organisation, from Product Owners right through to C level
