We are searching for a Quality Compliance Engineer to ensure the quality of our software, and our development processes. This includes (automated) testing and testing processes, identifying, and mitigating risks, ensuring (audit) quality processes are implemented and followed, and help achieve industry standards like SOC2, HECVAT and VPAT. Responsibilities: - Help pass the annual IT audit by creating, monitoring, and help executing monthly checks. You are the primary contact person for IT audit related matters! - Create a quality assurance and continuous improvement strategy for our software development processes. You will do this together with Engineering Leadership. - Lead the identification, prioritization, and management of Quality Risks within the department. You are experienced with CAPA and supporting methodologies. - Manage and maintain our digital and physical device testing lab. - Onboarding and offboarding of people for development tooling, managing licenses, and access. - Methodical and result oriented at design of overall quality processes and support of root cause analysis, especially in complex software development. - You will review, and help improve, manual and automated test solutions and processes.
