Caire is building a next-generation, virtual-first care platform that puts the patient at the center. This platform will deliver best-in-class integrated shared services and technology to support the launch of multiple new virtual care companies over time. Caire was born out of a novel joint venture between Aegis Ventures, a venture capital studio creating transformative healthcare companies, and Northwell Health, New York’s largest health system.
Caire is looking for a business leader with 8-12 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in the digital health ecosystem, a passion for building from scratch, and experience leading a high-growth company. This role is fully remote and open to candidates in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and maintain the vision and connect it to team goals
- Guide the startup team through the development of NewCo’s strategic plan, setting clear goals and KPIs in order to drive outstanding performance
- Define the organization’s hiring needs, executing on a roadmap to recruit a top-tier founding team that is structured for rapid scale
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate and deliver a platform that provides a technologically unmatched experience for patients and providers
- Analyze user feedback on a routine basis and lead the continuous revenue-driven prioritization of product features
- Manage budget and cash flow of day-to-day operations and ensure burn is in line with strategic and operational goals
- Maintain oversight of billing, revenue management, and reimbursements
