Job DescriptionWith multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Tech Feature Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.ResponsibilitiesHelp organise, manage and follow up on technical feature groups and ensure delivery according to specsCollaborate across departments to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives and timelinesHelp translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and actionable production plansHelp setup and administrate production pipelines (Jira, reporting, …)Help analyse existing solutions, new proposals and propose improvementsAs a reality check, play the game and try the features to assess priorities, progress and qualityPrioritise, reprioritise, handle requestsTrack work and progress and react accordinglyUnblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractionsRequirementsExperience in game development and game productionGame programming experience in C++Advanced Jira experience (Admin level)Adaptable and versatile in managing and following up on complex features across technical domainsCan remain impartial and be the voice of reason in the roomProficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, Miro, ConfluenceStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go into finishing mode when needed to close featuresAbility to distill complex features into actionable, bite-sized tasks, identifying correct priorities and building clear roadmapsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to mediate between disciplines while remaining objective and solution-orientedGreat verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical contextsNice to havesExperience with multiple platformsIs a gamer and loves RPGs!Experience within a custom/in-house engine environmentWhat we offerAn international team of over 500 employees spread across 7 studios around the world, each of which have their own unique qualities, and maintain a small-studio feelAn open, collaborative environment where ideas are welcome and encouragedA managerial team consisting of highly experienced game developers at the top of their fieldsSharing hobbies and passions with like-minded colleaguesInclusive environment with many activities organized by the studios or the employeesCommitment to making the best game possible for the fans, including listening to community feedback
