Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) Location: Calexico, CA 92231 Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Salary: $390,000/year Number of Openings: 1 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional Weekends & On-Call Rotation: 5–6 days/month) Travel: None Department: Women’s Health Facility: Innercare Health Clinics Position Overview Innercare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OBGYN Physician to join our team in Calexico, CA. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to women across all stages of life, including prenatal, natal, postnatal, and chronic care management. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, deliver both outpatient and hospital-based services, and help lead initiatives that promote a patient-centered, community-based model of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about women’s health and open to future supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional healthcare to female patients throughout all stages of life • Manage prenatal, labor/delivery, and postnatal care. • Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and perform necessary procedures. • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain medical records per policy. • Collaborate with clinical leadership and medical teams to develop care protocols. • Provide in-clinic and in-hospital medical services as needed. • Participate in the review and development of clinic policies and services. • Serve as a preceptor to students in NP/PA and medical programs. • Attend staff meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives. • Rotate between health clinics as needed. Qualifications – Required: • Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in both Obstetrics and Gynecology. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. • Open to future supervisory responsibilities. • Valid California Medical License (MD - CA). • Valid Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) Certificate. • Active DEA Registration. • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification. • Previous consultation with a Relode recruiter. Schedule & On-Call Details: • Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • On-call: 5–6 days/month. • Occasional weekends may be required.
