You will lead customer engagements across onboarding, deployment, and adoption, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and support. This role requires strong collaboration skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to advocate for customer needs within the organization. Responsibilities: - Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers - Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and requirements to internal teams - Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution to customer issues - Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard and become a subject matter expert for customers - Collaborate with customers and our Edu team to ensure customers are educated on product features and best practices - Develop relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders from technicians to CISOs
