We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Technical CRM Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM platform. The Junior Technical CRM Manager will be responsible for writing responsive HTML with JavaScript and CSS for in-App messages and email templates, writing SQL and Python scripts to create custom segmentation and ETLs to pull data from data centers and ingest them into CRM systems, working with MarTech tools, troubleshooting operational issues, designing and implementing automation processes to streamline workflows within the CRM, customizing CRM features to align with organizational needs and goals, overseeing data migration and integration processes, implementing data quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize CRM solutions accordingly. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM platforms, a data-driven approach to work, knowledge in HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and familiarity with API and microservice concepts. The candidate should also have a growth mindset, be extremely versatile, have a ‘Get it done’ attitude, thrive in ambiguity, and possess excellent organizational skills.
