Rivel's growing investor communications division, StoryLign, is seeking a motivated Associate Director to work with clients to create, improve, and expand their investor communications offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing division of the well-established Rivel organization. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces working in a team environment and has 6+ years working in Investor Relations. Experience as an IRO or Buyside or Sellside analyst would be an advantage. This role can be fully remote although working at our Westport CT office will be required from time to time. The range of base compensation for this position is a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $120,000. Compensation for any particular employee in this position is adjusted based on skill, effort, responsibility, education, training, credentials, geographic location, working conditions and/or experience. Responsibilities: - Analyze financial information, company-specific news, industry trends, and broader news flow and share this knowledge as well as new ideas within the team - Delve into research and materials and understand what is driving investor sentiment - Simultaneously work across multiple projects and advance materials and deliverables - Develop and recommend new approaches to support company-specific communication strategies - Formulate and work with the Design team to illustrate and best capture financial concepts and new ideas - Manage multiple client deliverables to tight deadlines - Take sole responsibility for delivering quarterly client materials as needed - Support Consultants in reviewing potential client prospects and opportunities to grow the business - Alignment with and commitment to uphold Rivel’s core values - Maintain processes and presentation best practices
