As a Senior Embryologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality IVF laboratory medical procedures, consulting and advising other staff members, and working collaboratively with the IVF Laboratory Supervisor and other team members. The ideal candidate will be proficient and independent in all basic and advanced IVF laboratory procedures. This is a full-time exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotating weekends, and holidays. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, and we offer competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, 401k match, fertility benefits program, and more. Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality IVF laboratory medical procedures - Consult and advise other staff members on IVF laboratory procedures and outcomes - Work collaboratively with the IVF Laboratory Supervisor and other team members - Rotate in Andrology/Endocrinology laboratory as needed - Comply with regulations and laws for human ART in the U.S. and California - Meet quality standards and numerical goals for laboratory procedures - Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and other team members - Conduct daily quality control activities - Perform all ancillary duties to maintain a clean and operating laboratory
