Candidates must resonate with our mission of applying precision AI for global impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment activities: role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordinationManage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication using ATS and AI-enabled toolsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with structured checklists and documentationMaintain HR systems, contracts, and people recordsSupport performance tracking, engagement processes, and operational reportingUse AI and automation to improve recruitment and people operations efficiencyWho You Are• 2–4+ years experience as HR Generalist, HR Associate, with Recruitment and HR Operations.• Comfortable working in an AI-led environment, with AI tool experience• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms• Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking• Strong onboarding and performance management experience: new hires, and performance agility• Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace• Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures• Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation• Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplaceNice-to-have• Experience in remote-first global environments• Background supporting engagement programs, or policy implementation• Experience scaling companies or managing rapid hiring cyclesHow to apply• Submit your resume (highlight HR + recruitment experience and tools used)• Upload a short cover letter (max 1 page) explaining how you will add valueWhat to expect -- Process for shortlisted candidates:• A brief questionnaire• A self-guided asynchronous AI Video interview• A short psychomteric-like test by our 3rd party provider• HR live interview• Hiring Manager live interview• A test task / live working sessionCompensationMonthly retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500, depending on experience and scope of engagement.Paid monthly in USD via bank transfer.Closing noteThis role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-moving, AI-powered environments and want to help build a high-performance global team.
