Kaara Info Systems is looking for a Penetration Tester / AppSec Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our Information Technology team.Notice Period: Immediate – 15 DaysKey ResponsibilitiesPerform web application and API penetration testing.Conduct network security assessments and vulnerability scans.Identify risks in authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.Simulate attacks using industry-standard tools and validate security posture.Provide detailed reports with remediation recommendations.Collaborate with development teams on secure coding practices.Stay updated with the latest security threats and attack techniques.Required Skills & Experience3+ years hands-on in Penetration Testing / Application Security.Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.Experience with Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus.Solid knowledge of web app, API & network security, authentication and encryption.Hands-on experience with Linux.Scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.OSCP certification (mandatory).If this sounds like you, or you know someone who'd be a great fit, feel free to apply here (anand.prakash@kaara.ai)
