Description:Bounteous is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Advanced Administrator to support the Caesars account.The role involves hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce org, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with collaboration across teams.Requirements:3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ years with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Strong knowledge of data models, Flow automation, and approval processes.Practical experience with Opportunity/Lead management, Case management, and security models.Comfortable working in Agile environments and able to troubleshoot production issues under pressure.Availability to work core hours aligned to Pacific Time, including occasional after-hours support.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.Involvement in innovative projects, including AI-driven initiatives and Salesforce integrations.
