Important details: ✨ The applicant can choose 2 salaries: a) Integral salary: 13 MM COP where the applicant will receive health, holidays, b) 4000 USD net salary. Both salaries will have commissions according to the results. Job requirements: ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field. ✨ Background in Startups is mandatory. ✨ Proven work experience as sales manager. ✨ Experience managing a high-performance sales team. ✨ Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ✨ Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. ✨ Availability to travel as needed. Responsibilities: ✨ Develop and implement effective sales strategies. ✨ Lead sales team members to achieve sales goals. ✨ Establish productive and professional relationships with the personal key in the accounts of outstanding clients. ✨ Negotiate and close deals with large clients. ✨ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. ✨ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. ✨ Conduct research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. ✨ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs. ✨ Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency. ✨ Stay up to date with new product releases and ensure sales team members are on board. ✨ Comply with the company's information security policy.
