This executive will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth of our waste and recycling category offering. The Senior Vice President will oversee all aspects of client program management, vendor negotiations, compliance auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. www.FineTuneUS.com.Responsibilities and DutiesOverall management of category offering including oversight of a team of employeesMonitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep Fine Tune’s offerings at the forefront of the marketMaintain ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and assist in extending and expanding client agreementsOrganize, plan, and manage complex client projects to include:Establish baselines for our clients against which we will be measuredIdentify savings opportunities and recommend strategies to implement those savings to our clientsNegotiate contracts with waste & recycling services vendorsRecommend optimization opportunities to clients to provide additional savings beyond the initial contract negotiationEnforce audit best practices to ensure contract compliance within the categoryCollaborate with Fine Tune’s sales & marketing teams to support new client acquisitionsOccasionally participate in category awareness campaigns and participate in industry events (virtual and in person) to promote category growthQualificationsExtensive waste & recycling service industry leadership experience (10+ years minimum).
