In this role, you will help design, configure, and implement advanced warehouse management solutions for leading global businesses. You will work directly with clients to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality Manhattan WMS configurations and enhancements.This is a hands-on consulting role where you will test, train, troubleshoot, and support implementations that transform supply chain operations.LocationRemote; may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States.Essential FunctionsAnalyze functional, technical, and process needs, and produce supporting solution documentation.Author technical documents such as design specifications and modification requirements.Configure Manhattan WMS applications to meet client business objectives.Create and execute test plans to validate system performance and business requirements.Deliver training and knowledge transfer to ensure client teams can adopt and sustain solutions.Provide on-site and remote support throughout implementation to maximize client value.Manage individual tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight.Ensure deliverables are on-time, defect-free, and aligned to client expectations.TravelTravel for this role will vary by project.
