Specific tasks and tools will be discussed in detail during the final interview.What You'll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, Stripe, and third-party platforms.Ensure all entries follow proper accounting standards and QuickBooks Pro guidelines.Conduct routine audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Track expenses, categorize transactions, and monitor cash flow.Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.QuickBooks & Stripe ManagementUse QuickBooks Pro for data entry, reporting, invoicing, and financial tracking.Manage Stripe payouts, refunds, disputes, and transaction audits.Reconcile Stripe records with QuickBooks to ensure accuracy.Administrative SupportHandle basic admin tasks such as scheduling, email management, file organization, and updating spreadsheets.Maintain documentation, SOPs, and financial logs.Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when needed.QualificationsQuickBooks Pro Certified — required.Hands-on experience with Stripe (reconciliation, payouts, dispute management).Background in auditing, financial accuracy checks, or internal controls.Strong understanding of Profit & Loss Statements and financial reporting.Experience as an Admin VA or willingness to handle basic admin tasks.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What We're Looking ForExperience: At least 1 year as an accountant or bookkeeper with international clients.Certification: QuickBooks certified.Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Interpersonal Skills: Impeccable interpersonal skills.Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift.Tech Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks, Asana, and Excel; experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office); knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset.Technical RequirementsHeadset: USB headset with noise cancellation.Webcam: Working webcam.Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM.Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.Perks and BenefitsJob security and stability.Exceptionally supportive team.Opportunities for career growth.Fun work environment.ScheduleFull-Time and/or Part-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST).LocationThis is a remote position.Eligibility RequirementPlease note that the majority of our job positions are reserved for individuals living outside the United States.
