This role is critical to ensuring team readiness, high performance, and compliance with project KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a background in data annotation or customer management, strong training and coaching skills, and the resilience needed to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver training programs for new hires and existing team members (Training & Nesting).Design and conduct refresher training sessions based on project challenges, quality insights, top errors, and product updates.Provide floor support, answer associate queries, and ensure policy clarity and accuracy.Generate and publish daily training and nesting performance reports.Conduct ongoing knowledge checks and timely training sessions based on recurring issues or updates.Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align on performance expectations and training priorities.QualificationsAt least 3 years of work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role (e.g., Team Leader or Supervisor).Responsible for coaching team members to improve performance.Capable of building a strong team and managing overall staff retention.Proficient in monitoring team KPI data.Able to coordinate effectively with the management team; strong communication and comprehension skills.Highly attentive to reports and able to plan for unexpected situations.College graduate or higher.English language proficiency at Level B1.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Preferred: Experience with Human Intelligence Tasks.About the CompanyAppen is the global leader in data for the AI Lifecycle with more than 25 years’ experience in data sourcing, annotation, and model evaluation.
