ABOUT THE POSITION
A healthcare company is seeking an experienced Business Cutover Leader to support the US SAP S/4HANA deployment. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, low-risk transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, with minimal business disruption across manufacturing plants and distribution centers. The Business Cutover Leader will own the business-side cutover planning and execution, working closely with IT, the system integrator, plant teams, and distribution centers. Regular travel to Minnesota (HQ), South Dakota (manufacturing), and Iowa (distribution center) is required, with the amount of travel to be confirmed and all expenses covered.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
* Around 8 or more years of experience in SAP ERP programs.
Proven experience as
* Business Cutover Lead.
* Cutover Manager.
* Senior SAP Functional Lead with cutover ownership.
Hands-on experience with
* SAP ECC to S/4HANA cutovers.
* Manufacturing and supply chain environments.
* Large, complex ERP go-lives.
* Experience in carve-out or divestiture programs is a strong plus.
Functional knowledge and strong understanding of
* Supply chain processes.
* Manufacturing operations.
* Distribution and logistics.
* Ability to translate business needs into cutover activities.
