Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models for restaurant projects using AutoCAD and/or Revit. - Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Create and present design concepts, layouts, and specifications that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. - Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards. - Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project constraints. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as an architect. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in restaurant projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other related software. - In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices. - Strong design and visualization skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred: - Previous experience working for US clients.
