Requirements and responsibilities

About the RoleWe are looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing projects particularly Project Management Module and has experience with Pre-Sales to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge client requirements with effective NetSuite solutions, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and support business development through solutioning and client presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Consulting & ImplementationLead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis with clientsConfigure NetSuite modules based on client needs (Finance, Projects Management, CRM, etc.)Translate functional requirements into technical specificationsLead UAT sessions and ensure successful go-liveProject ManagementServe as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycleManage project timelines, resources, and client communicationsIdentify risks and proactively resolve project roadblocksTrack milestones, deliverables, and maintain documentationPre-Sales & SolutioningCollaborate with Sales teams to understand client pain points and propose tailored NetSuite solutionsConduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs/RFIsAssist in scoping, pricing, and proposal creationRepresent the company in client meetings as a subject matter expertQualifications3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional ConsultantStrong experience in NetSuite implementation, preferably with Project Management or NetSuite project lifecycle management modules2+ years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certification a plus)Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing solutioningExcellent communication, client management, and presentation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Executive teams
