Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Processor)Department: Talent AcquisitionLocation: Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, PhilippinesReports To: Talent Acquisition ManagerPosition SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial application to job offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role demands precision in screening and assessments, agility in managing applicant flow, and integrity in every interaction. By accelerating processes and steering with respect, you help maintain operational excellence and uphold the companys commitment to quality hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment OperationsManage day-to-day applicant traffic, ensuring a seamless flow from initial application to job offer stage.Provide swift attention and closure of candidate requests to promote a positive applicant experience.Conduct initial resume screening and recommend qualified applicants for behavioral interviews.Facilitate behavioral interviews for agent candidates based on program-specific hiring profiles.Administer generic and program-specific assessments with accuracy and fairness.Support TA Specialists/Officers in daily recruitment operations, ensuring speed and precision in execution.Reports ManagementMaintain accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports and trackers.Organize and safeguard files in compliance with company and external auditor standards, including advertising documentation and applicant records.OnboardingConduct post-offer screenings (background checks, regulatory requirements, medical exams).Maintain constant communication with candidates regarding compliance with pre-employment requirements and start dates.Assist with orientation activities as needed to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.OthersPerform ad hoc tasks and other duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules.Amenable to work full onsite.Why Join Pinnacle Intelligence?Shift into High Gear: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and responsiveness matter.Accelerate with Precision: Apply your attention to detail in screening and onboarding processes that shape the future of our workforce.Steer with Integrity & Respect: Build trust through transparent communication and ethical recruitment practices.Apply for Position Or refer someone Share Facebook Line LinkedIn X (Formerly Twitter) Whatsapp Email
