Are you interested?Check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdelswTXQh8So here are our questions to you:Do you have a “Challenge Accepted” attitude?Our Research and Development (R&D) department is seeking a Customer-Facing Technical Project Manager to apply communication, scheduling, and risk management skills to various R&D projects including but not limited to customer migrations, large feature releases, and customer specific development according to prioritization set by R&D management.Experience working with agile development and cross functional teams is required.Areas of responsibility include:Advising Engineers without formal authority.Communicating with multiple levels of management.Providing customer facing communications live and in writing during customer business hours which include 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET.Following change management process to control scope of deliverables.Collaborate with Program Management and Legal teams.Project managing R&D large feature development, migration, and other projects as needed including Change Management, Time Management, Communications Management, and Risk Management.These skills will help you succeedBias toward simplicityAbility and eagerness to take initiative and lead through ambiguityConfidence in developing collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.Professional conversational English demonstrated in verbal and written form.Strong attention to detail.Experience in handling and developing software development and support processesMinimum Requirements3+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or similar experience in the software industryDemonstrated understanding of the difference between Waterfall and Agile project management methodologiesExperience with Scrum and Kanban methodologiesExperience creating Gantt Charts and Project Status Reports.Solid track record of delivering Software as a Service projectsOther Desired ExperienceWorking with specific systems including but not limited to Jira, Salesforce, and HR systemsWorking with geographically distributed teamsCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Agile PractitionerDo you like things to be in balance?Our offer focuses on your:Healthy work-life balance: We have a great office at Allee Corner where you are welcome.
