Job Overview We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative Hybrid to join our team. This hybrid role combines excellent customer support with strong visual design skills. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers while also creating engaging graphics that support marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This role requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and capable of producing high-quality design work that aligns with our customer's branding. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Prepare customer supplied design files for print. Design marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and signs. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Work with customers to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams to satisfy our customer's printing needs Qualifications Near-native fluency in English. Previous experience in customer service AND graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to integrate customer support and creative tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience with designing for print and prepress setup.
