Ozmo is seeking a highly motivated, creative and ready-to-learn Marketing Intern to join our growing team. As Marketing Intern, you will be focused on building Ozmo's brand awareness to support both demand generation and talent recruitment efforts, managing our social media presence and researching the market landscape. You will report to the Demand Generation Manager and work alongside our Sales, Customer Success and Administrative teams to elevate Ozmo's brand.Would you like to join the Ozmo team? We pride ourselves in doing exceptional work that delivers real value by transforming the way people think about technology.What you will do:Own Ozmo's social media presence and social media marketing strategy across all channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and InstagramDesign, edit, publish and sponsor weekly digital content, including static and video, to Ozmo’s social media channelsCollaborate with Marketing & Comms on external newsletter program to increase customer and prospect engagementBring creative new content types and formats to our social media content and lead team brainstorming sessionsMonitor and report out regularly on Ozmo's social media analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growthConduct regular, thorough research on the market to keep all Ozmo teams informed and connect findings to strategic planningExecute internal communication, including an Ozmonaut newsletter, on a regular cadence in support of employee engagement effortsSupport Marketing team in the planning and execution of demand generation effortsContribute to the Ozmo blog by crafting professional content on relevant industry topicsPartner with our HR and talent acquisition teams to brainstorm and implement new and creative ways to recruit top talentPlan and prioritize your work independently in two-week sprints in Jira as part of our marketing team processesSupport marketing team and broader company initiatives as neededWhat you will bring to the role:Current enrollment in undergraduate studies in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations, or previous, proven experience in a related fieldExceptional written and oral communication skillsComfortable working autonomously and solving problems independentlyAbility to pay extremely close attention to detail, meticulous in natureOpenness to learn, test and iterate without being easily discouragedWillingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environmentDesire to make a meaningful impact on a growing tech company and gain real-world marketing experienceKnowledge of the latest tech news and industry trends is preferredFamiliarity with graphic design, video editing and other visual media is preferredPerks of being an Ozmonaut:401K participation and company match for employees 21 and olderEmployee assistance programLocal gym membership discountsFlexible, remote work arrangements to support your best workPay Range: $15 - $20 / hourThe marketing internship is ideally suited for a candidate willing to fulfill an internship till May 2026 with Ozmo.
