Position SummaryThe Electrical Division Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division. This role combines business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and financial accountability.The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience within data center electrical construction, maintains strong industry relationships, and understands both workforce management and electrical contracting environments.
