The company is entering its next stage of scale with $300M+ run-rate sales in just 12 months after launch, and a $130M Series A.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert high-volume inbound interest into qualified pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly, communicates clearly, and enjoys engaging directly with prospective customers.You will serve as an important first point of contact for inbound leads — helping prospects understand Higgsfield’s capabilities, qualify opportunities, coordinate next steps, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the early sales process.This role works closely with Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams and is highly execution-oriented.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to inbound leads across enterprise, growth, and creator segmentsConduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customersEducate prospects on Higgsfield’s products, capabilities, and use casesIdentify decision makers, business needs, timelines, and expansion opportunitiesCoordinate and schedule follow-up conversations, demos, and product discussionsMaintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline trackingPartner closely with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights and feedbackSupport inbound conversion efforts across multiple global time zonesHelp drive pipeline progression from initial inquiry through closed revenueKnowledge, Skills, and Qualifications1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or another client-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailComfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving prioritiesAbility to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearlyExperience working with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer communication preferredCRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Self-starter mentality with a proactive, low-ego approachCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer.
