Requirements and responsibilities

What You’ll Do:Build and scale end-to-end recommendation systems (ALS, LightFM, Two-Tower models)Solve challenges like cold-start, sparsity, ranking & personalizationDrive ML experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimizationDesign real-time & batch ML pipelines on AWSWork closely with Product, Engineering & Business teamsLead and mentor a team of Data Scientists & ML EngineersWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience in Machine Learning & Recommendation SystemsHands-on with LightFM, Matrix Factorization, Ranking modelsExperience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learnStrong Python + SQL + data modeling skillsExperience deploying ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, etc.)Strong understanding of A/B testing, evaluation metrics & business KPIsExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsBonus Points If You Have:Experience in E-commerce, OTT, Media, or Consumer platformsExposure to GenAI + personalization systemsExperience with vector search (Pinecone, Milvus, OpenSearch)Built systems impacting CTR, retention, or revenue at scaleWhy Join Us?Fully RemoteWork on cutting-edge recommendation & personalization systemsDrive real business impact using MLCollaborative & high-growth environment
