About Us: - We are a creator management agency hiring remote English-speaking chat operators to support subscription-based digital creator accounts. - This role involves online conversations, fan engagement, retention, and sales through chat. - Some accounts may include mature/adult-oriented creator content, so applicants must be 18+ and comfortable with that environment. Position Details: - Fully remote / work from home. - English based role. - Independent contractor position. - Weekly payouts. - Training provided. - Growth opportunities for strong performers. Responsibilities: - Respond to messages in a natural and engaging way. - Build conversations and maintain fan relationships. - Promote creator offers and paid content through chat. - Follow account guidelines, scripts, and team instructions. - Stay consistent during assigned shifts. - Work with team leads to improve performance.
