As we enter the next phase of growth, our focus is on scaling our teams, services, and elevating customer experience!Position SummaryThe Infusion Operations Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of infusion service integrations, including new infusion clinic launches, EMR system conversions, and infusion workflow standardization across physician practices.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with strong infusion operations experience who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and bringing new infusion services live with confidence and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute infusion integrations from pre-go-live through post-launch stabilizationManage integration workplans, timelines, and operational readiness checklistsLead infusion service conversions from legacy EMR systems into WeInfuse, ensuring accuracy and clinical alignmentCoordinate with nursing, patient access, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and IT partnersSupport training readiness and adherence to standardized infusion workflowsIdentify operational risks and escalate issues to infusion leadershipServe as the subject matter expert in infusion workflows and WeInfuseTravel Requirements: 30-40%Qualifications3+ years of experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operationsWorking knowledge of infusion orders, benefits verification, scheduling, and billing workflowsStrong project coordination and organizational skillsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple integrations concurrentlyExperience with WeInfuse, AthenaOne, or infusion technology platforms preferredWhy Join UsHigh-impact role supporting infusion growth and operational scalabilityExposure to enterprise-level infusion strategy and leadershipOpportunity to help shape standardized infusion operating modelsCollaborative, fast-paced environment with meaningful patient impact
