About the roleSKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product tech companies. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist in the supply zone to join our business Brighterly.Brighterly is a startup building an online math and reading learning platform for children in the USA. Today, we are already among the top 10 online tutoring platforms in the US market.In just 4 years, Brighterly has: reached 50,000+ lessons per month (growing from 3 tutors to 800+), built a team of 60+ professionals, and developed a personalized learning platform for students and their parents.Key challenges of the Recruitment Operations Specialist roleManaging candidates throughout the hiring funnel (from Application to Offer).Publishing and updating vacancies, managing job boards.Coordinating the interviewers team (scheduling, communication, availability).Working with data: maintaining trackers and monitoring hiring performance metrics.Communicating with candidates and supporting them throughout the process.Collaborating with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow.Supporting improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience.Requirements6+ months of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.English level: B2+ (both written and spoken).Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.Nice to haveExperience working with ATS / CRM systems.Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring environments.Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle and basic metrics.What we offerHands-on experience with high-volume hiring and scaling processes.Supportive team and structured onboarding.Opportunity to learn fast and work with a strong team of experts across multiple functions besides hiring (probation, marketing, and employer branding).Fast career growth opportunities as we continue to scale rapidly.Remote work environment with the ability to visit the headquater office in Kyiv once a month.About SKELAR foundationAmong businesses, we have SKELAR foundation — a charitable foundation created by employees.
