Responsibilities: - Prospect and close new shipper accounts in construction materials and event production/AV industries. - Manage and grow an existing book of business with active shipper relationships. - Quote freight lanes, negotiate rates, and coordinate with our operations team for smooth load execution. - Communicate professionally with shippers on shipment status, issues, and solutions. - Work independently and remotely to hit monthly revenue targets. Requirements: - 2+ years of freight sales or brokerage experience. - Existing shipper relationships / book of business strongly preferred. - Self-motivated, commission-driven mindset. - Familiarity with LTL, FTL, DAT, Truckstop load boards. - Experience in construction or event production logistics is a plus. - Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor. - Reliable home office setup and strong communication skills.
