About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Localization QA & SEO Auditor to help ensure the quality, accuracy, and search visibility of our localized website. The main focus of this role is to review our Haitian Creole website, identify localization issues, verify translation quality, and conduct technical SEO audits to uncover problems that may negatively impact our organic search performance. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong Haitian Creole language skills and a good understanding of website quality assurance and SEO fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and test the localized website experience in Haitian Creole.
- Verify the accuracy, consistency, and quality of translations and localized content.
- Identify language, formatting, usability, and localization issues.
- Conduct a technical SEO audit of the local domain, including crawling and reviewing all website pages.
- Detect indexing, crawling, metadata, content, and technical issues affecting organic search visibility.
- Document findings and provide clear recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve localization and SEO-related issues.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure an optimal multilingual user experience.
Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Haitian Creole (required).
- Good English and/or Spanish communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot translation inconsistencies.
- Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.
Experience using SEO auditing tools such as:
- Screaming Frog / Ahrefs.
- Google Search Console or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank content.
Nice to Have:
- Haitian professional currently living in the Dominican Republic.
- Previous experience with website localization, QA testing, or multilingual SEO.
- Experience working with international remote teams.
