In this role, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of creative and operational projects across the region, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring work to life on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn end-to-end production of projects from brief through delivery, ensuring quality and timelinessCoordinate with trading, operations, and creative teams across multiple APAC time zonesManage project schedules, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for APAC-based workTrack budgets, raise purchase orders, and reconcile actuals against estimatesLiaise with local partners, studios, and suppliers across key APAC marketsMaintain production documentation including schedules, call sheets, and status logsIdentify and flag risks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on trackSupport senior team members on larger-scale productions as requiredREQUIREMENTS3–5 years of production experience in a trading firm, fintech, creative agency, or in-house studioStrong understanding of production workflows across digital, video, and/or content formatsDemonstrated experience managing projects across APAC markets and time zonesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyClear, confident communicator with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teamsProficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar)Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacityNICE TO HAVEExperience in a trading, fintech, or financial services environmentFamiliarity with post-production or digital content pipelinesBackground in integrated or multi-market campaignsExperience working with global brand or institutional clientsKnowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements across APAC marketsWORKING HOURSThis is a part-time position. Core hours align with APAC business hours.
