We focus on delivering clear information, reliable support, and a professional experience from the first conversation through the completion of each application.We believe in doing meaningful work, treating people with respect, and helping members feel confident when reviewing their available coverage options.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will connect with union members and association members who have requested information about their benefit programs. You will guide them through available options, answer questions, and help ensure all required information is reviewed and completed accurately.Daily responsibilities include:Managing inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested informationScheduling and conducting virtual appointments to review benefit optionsExplaining programs, eligibility, and next steps in a clear and professional mannerAssisting with forms, applications, and required documentationMaintaining accurate digital records and ensuring completed files are reviewed properlyParticipating in training, coaching, and mentorship sessionsWorking closely with team members and leadership to provide consistent member supportThis is a fully remote position where you will use online systems, phone communication, and video meetings to support members from start to finish.Who We’re Looking ForThis opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing a positive and professional experience.We are looking for individuals who are:Strong communicators with great listening skillsProfessional, patient, and respectfulOrganized and detail-orientedReliable, motivated, and open to learningComfortable using computers, online forms, and video meeting platformsAble to work well independently and as part of a teamLegally authorized to work in the U.S. or CanadaPrevious customer service, sales, administrative, or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
