Responsibilities

We’re working with a social AI company building a suite of real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. In short: they bring characters to life and reshape how people create, connect, and tell stories. Their flagship social AI platform is just the beginning - a broader ecosystem is coming next. We’re now looking for a Data ML Engineer who will own the full lifecycle of training data for large video generation models from raw ingestion to clean, model-ready datasets that directly improve model quality. This is a role at the intersection of data engineering and ML research: not just “running jobs,” but building repeatable, scalable, and reliable workflows.‼️The work is very hands-on:building and maintaining large-scale pipelines for video datasets (ingestion, parsing, filtering, preprocessing, curation) on AWS tooling like S3 and DynamoDBdesigning and running annotation workflows (e.g., MTurk/Prolific) with quality control and label validationtraining/evaluating smaller supporting models for filtering, ranking, and quality assessmentYou’ll be a great fit if you have 3+ years in applied ML / ML engineering / data pipelines, strong Python, and experience preparing training data at scale (parsing, filtering, curation, QC). Experience with video/vision/multimodal systems or generative video is highly relevant. We’re also looking for experience with Kubernetes for distributed workloads, plus working knowledge of PyTorch to read, debug, and optimize research inference code used in preprocessing.Nice-to-have: annotation/labeling experience (crowd platforms or vendors) and fine-tuning smaller models for filtering/quality scoring.
