Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant who will focus primarily on promoting rental spaces across all social media platforms. This role is heavily focused on marketing, content posting, audience engagement, and consistent promotion.We do not require a sophisticated website developer. The business is visual-based, focused mainly on showcasing rental spaces through photos, videos, and online promotions.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional contentConsistently promote available rental spaces onlineRespond to inquiries and direct messages professionallyUpload and organize property photos and videosAssist in maintaining a simple website with:Calendar booking functionalityRental application formsDigital signature integrationHelp improve online visibility and engagementSuggest creative marketing ideas and promotional strategiesEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Strong experience in social media marketing and content creationKnowledge of Canva or similar design toolsFamiliarity with scheduling tools and social media management platformsBasic website management experienceExperience with online forms, booking calendars, and digital signatures is a plusCreative, organized, and proactiveStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and consistently promote the businessNice to HaveReal estate or rental property marketing experienceKnowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketingBasic photo/video editing skillsWork ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 20 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday Daily Working Time: TBD ESTNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
