About the Company: - We are a growing U.S.-based service business that coordinates professional event videography services across multiple regions. - Through a network of contractors and a dedicated operations team, we manage client projects from booking through final delivery, providing exceptional customer service and seamless project execution. Overview: - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to oversee daily operations, manage client communications, coordinate service delivery, support sales activities, and ensure projects are completed efficiently from onboarding through completion. - This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative workflows. - Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and coordinate consultations. - Prepare, send, and track proposals, contracts, and related documentation. - Coordinate project fulfillment and ensure all deliverables remain on schedule. - Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and vendors. - Monitor project statuses, update records, and maintain accurate data in company systems. - Handle issue resolution and proactively address operational challenges. - Support recruiting, onboarding, and contractor relationship management. - Process reimbursements, track payments, and assist with operational reporting. - Maintain and improve internal processes and documentation.
