Overview:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to oversee daily operations, manage client communications, coordinate service delivery, support sales activities, and ensure projects are completed efficiently from onboarding through completion.
- This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative workflows.
- Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and coordinate consultations.
- Prepare, send, and track proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate project fulfillment and ensure all deliverables remain on schedule.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project statuses, update records, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
- Handle issue resolution and proactively address operational challenges.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and contractor relationship management.
- Process reimbursements, track payments, and assist with operational reporting.
- Maintain and improve internal processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, executive assistance, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable making and receiving business-related phone calls.
- Experience using CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and professional remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with remote teams and contractors.
- Background in service-based businesses, operations management, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with contract management, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
