With a robust in-house media buying team behind you, you'll be empowered to deliver strategic leadership without getting lost in execution.The Role:We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll own client relationships for 6–10 accounts—most of them in the digital health category. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact, managing campaign goals, coordinating with our media buying team, and driving measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, owning day-to-day communicationsDevelop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with client goalsPartner with media buyers to oversee campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channelsReview and interpret campaign data to deliver clear, insightful reporting and recommendationsProactively identify growth opportunities and upsell services where appropriateMaintain high client satisfaction, retention, and performance standardsStay current on trends in digital health and performance marketingQualifications:2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, agency experience preferredStrong understanding of paid media strategies and performance metricsExperience in digital health or health & wellness marketing is a major plusComfortable owning client relationships and collaborating across teamsAnalytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skillsExperience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)Bonus: Hands-on experience buying ads on Meta or GoogleWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusesFlexible remote workTraining and development opportunitiesA culture that encourages innovation, experimentation, and use of new tools (especially AI!)A fun, ambitious team that’s passionate about driving results
