Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sales growth of Array’s services with new hospital, health system, medical group and clinic partners within an assigned territory. Sellers develop, maintain and nurture a pipeline of opportunities, qualify and evaluate appropriateness of opportunities, and convert those opportunities into closed contracts. The Director of Sales represents Array’s portfolio of services and has a robust understanding of the healthcare market—especially within the continuum of behavioral health care, hospitals, and health systems. This role serves as the organization’s ambassador through outreach, in-person meetings and conference participation.This position supports the Southeast region, including Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
